Finely chop the onion, crush the garlic, and finely chop the fresh parsley.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Sauté the onion and garlic until softened and translucent.
Add the green peas and cook for a few minutes, until tender.
Pour in the heavy cream and simmer the sauce over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir in the fresh parsley and mix well. Serve warm with pasta, meat, or vegetables.
