Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and grease it with a little butter.
Spoon a tablespoon of batter onto the skillet, shaping it into small, circular pancakes.
Cook the crempog for about 2 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown, then flip with a spatula and cook for another 1 minute.
Repeat the cooking process with the remaining batter, greasing the skillet as needed.
Serve the crempog with butter, honey, or jam, according to your taste.
