300 ml Heavy Cream
100 ml Milk
150 g Curd Cheese
80 g Sugar
1 Vanilla Bean
3 Gelatin Sheets
100 g Fresh Berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
50 ml Honey or Fruit Sauce (optional)
