Add the brown sugar, soy sauce, and lime juice. Adjust the seasoning to your liking.
Simmer the sauce over low heat for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. If necessary, add more coconut milk to reach your desired consistency.
Before serving, garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with grilled meats, vegetables, or rice.
