Grate the cauliflower or pulse it in a food processor until it resembles rice. Set aside.
Cut the tofu into cubes, and toss with soy sauce, curry powder, and turmeric. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the marinated tofu until golden brown. Set aside.
Finely chop the red onion, garlic, and ginger. Heat olive oil in the same skillet and sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
Add the cauliflower rice and green peas to the skillet. Cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender-crisp.
Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix well to combine.
To serve, spoon the cauliflower rice onto plates, top with the curried tofu, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
