Add Cream and Seasoning: Stir in the heavy cream, lemon juice, and brown sugar. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then simmer for another 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
Serving: Serve the sauce warm with roasted meats, grilled vegetables, or pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
