In a large bowl, combine the flour, salt, and yeast. Gradually add the water and knead until smooth. Add 30 ml of olive oil and work it into the dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise at room temperature for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C). Prepare a square baking pan and lightly grease it with olive oil.
Stretch the risen dough to fit the baking pan. Let it rest in the pan for another 15 minutes.
Sprinkle the edges of the dough with cheddar cheese, then the center with mozzarella. Pour on the tomato sauce and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is crispy around the edges.
Let the pizza cool for 5 minutes after baking, then slice into square pieces and serve immediately.
