2 tbsp Fresh Dill (chopped)
100 ml Heavy Cream (30% fat)
1 cloves Garlic (grated)
50 ml Dry White Wine
1 tsp Honey or Maple Syrup
1 tsp Salt
1 pinch White Pepper
