Divide the meat into eight equal portions and form them into thin patties.

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and let it melt.
In another skillet, cook the bacon slices over medium heat until crispy, then drain on paper towels.

Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun, then place a lettuce leaf on top.
Place the first cheesy patty on top, then add two slices of crispy bacon.
Place the second cheesy patty on top, then add another two slices of bacon.
Top with tomato slices, onion rings, and pickle slices, then drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
Place the top bun on top and serve immediately with french fries or coleslaw.
