Prepare the dough: In a bowl, sift the flour, add the yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually pour in the warm water and yogurt, kneading the dough as you go. Knead until you have a smooth and elastic dough.
Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1-1.5 hours, or until doubled in size.
Divide the risen dough into 6-8 equal portions. Shape them into balls, then roll them out into thin, oval shapes.
Grease a hot skillet with a tablespoon of oil and cook the naans one at a time. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes, or until golden brown.
Brush the freshly cooked naans with the warm dulce de leche and serve warm. If desired, sprinkle with a little extra sugar to enhance the caramel flavor.
