In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add the lukewarm water and olive oil, and knead until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
Divide the risen dough into two equal portions, and roll each into a thin circle. Place the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Spread tomato sauce over the dough, and top with sliced mozzarella cheese.
Preheat your oven to 482°F (250°C). Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes, or until the crust is crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with basil pesto for an intense flavor.
