Divide the risen dough into two equal portions. Roll each portion out into a thin circle. Place the dough onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Arrange the pepperoni slices on top, followed by cheddar and Parmesan cheese for that extra cheesy flavor.
Preheat your oven to 480°F (250°C). Bake the pizzas for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is crispy, the cheeses are melted and bubbly, and the pepperoni is slightly browned.
Before serving, garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with a touch of olive oil for a richer flavor.
