Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). If you're using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat as well.
Roll out the pizza dough into a thin, even circle. Place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-2 cm border around the edges.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce. Then, distribute pieces of gorgonzola, parmesan, and ricotta cheese evenly on top.
Sprinkle the remaining gorgonzola over the pizza for an extra intense flavor, then sprinkle with dried oregano.
Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy the intense flavor of extra gorgonzola!
