100 g Barley Flour
50 g Lentil Flour
50 g Bean Flour
50 g Millet Flour
300 ml Warm Water
7 g Dry Yeast
20 g Honey
30 ml Olive Oil
10 g Salt

    Preparation Steps

    In a large bowl, whisk together all the flours and salt.

    In a smaller bowl, dissolve the yeast in lukewarm water and add the honey. Let it stand for 10 minutes, until frothy.
