80 g Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Gelatin Sheets
150 ml Fig Jam
2 Fresh Figs
100 ml Water

    Strain the mixture for a smooth texture, then pour it into elegant glasses or ramekins. Refrigerate until set (at least 3-4 hours).
