In a separate bowl, whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
Pour the caramel drink into mugs, then top with a generous dollop of whipped cream.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve immediately. For extra decoration, sprinkle with a little grated chocolate or cinnamon.
