Fruit Jelly is a light, refreshing dessert where various fresh fruits meet a transparent gelatinous texture. Fruit jelly can be the perfect choice for a summer day when we crave something light yet tantalizing. Sweet fruits such as raspberries, strawberries, or grapes add color to the dish, while the flavoring of the jelly also contributes to the perfect harmony.
Fruit jelly is very easy to prepare, and many different fruits can be used. This way, the jelly gives a different flavor to the dessert each time.
Clean and chop the fruits into bite-sized pieces.
In a saucepan, combine the water, sugar, vanilla sugar, and lemon juice. Bring to a boil.
Add the gelatin powder and stir constantly until completely dissolved. Remove from heat.
Place the chopped fruits into a bowl or mold, then pour the gelatin mixture over them.
Let it cool slightly, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until the jelly is completely set.
Serve cold, sliced or cubed.
