500 g Mixed fruit (apple, pear, cherry, sour cherry)
1 l Water
50 g Sugar
1 packet Vanilla Sugar
1 stick Cinnamon
4 Cloves
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
150 g Sour Cream
1 tbsp All-Purpose Flour
1 pinch Salt

    Preparation Steps

    Add the sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, and a pinch of salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the fruit is tender.
