100 g Butter

1 packet Vanilla Sugar
1 tsp Baking powder
300 ml Milk (for the cream)
1 packet Vanilla pudding mix
300 g Fruit (strawberries, raspberries, grapes, etc.)
1 packet Cake glaze
200 ml Water (for the glaze)

    In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, butter, egg, and baking powder. Knead until a dough forms, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

    Roll out the dough and place it into a greased and floured tart pan. Prick the bottom with a fork in several places. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 15 minutes, or until golden brown.

    Meanwhile, prepare the vanilla cream: whisk the pudding mix with the milk, and cook over medium heat until thickened. Let it cool completely, then spread it evenly over the cooled tart crust.
