Arrange the shrimp, mussels, and calamari slices on top of the cheese. Scatter the capers over the seafood.
Drizzle olive oil over the pizza and sprinkle with minced garlic and oregano.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crust is golden brown.
Once the pizza is out of the oven, top it with fresh lemon slices for an extra burst of flavor. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
