Preheat your oven to 430°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out the pizza dough and place it on the prepared baking sheet. Ensure the dough is evenly thick.
Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, then sprinkle with the grated mozzarella cheese.
Arrange the drained tuna and shrimp on top of the cheese. Make sure the ingredients are evenly distributed.
Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic and fresh oregano.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the crust are golden brown.
Once the pizza is out of the oven, drizzle with fresh lemon juice for extra brightness. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
