Drizzle olive oil over the pizza, then sprinkle with finely chopped garlic and parsley.
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Let it rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving hot.
