Rinse the quinoa thoroughly, then cook it in twice the amount of water for about 15 minutes. Once cooked, let it rest for 5 minutes, then fluff with a fork.
Heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Sauté the diced onion until translucent.
Add the sliced garlic and grated ginger, and stir-fry until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Sprinkle in the curry powder and turmeric. Stir in the soy sauce and freshly squeezed lime juice.
Add the cooked quinoa and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Combine the tahini paste with a little soy sauce and a pinch of salt. Drizzle over the wok mixture.
When serving, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
