Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
Peel and mince the garlic, then add it to the olive oil. Sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
Add the beer and finely chopped rosemary. Simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Pour in the honey and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Let it simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened to your liking.
Serve the finished sauce with grilled meats, vegetables, or even pasta.
