6 Cheddar Cheese (sliced)
100 g Mozzarella Cheese (grated)
4 Provolone Cheese (sliced)
6 slices Bacon
2 Fried Eggs
2 Caramelized Red Onion
6 leaves Lettuce
2 Tomatoes
6 slices Pickles
6 tbsp Mayonnaise
6 tbsp BBQ Sauce
3 tbsp Dijon Mustard
1 Jalapeño Pepper (chopped)
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
15 ml Olive Oil

    Preparation Steps

    In a large bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.

    Form a massive patty that fits the giant hamburger bun.

    Heat a skillet or grill to medium-high heat and lightly grease it with olive oil.

    Cook the patty for about 6-7 minutes per side, until nicely browned.

    During the last minute of cooking, place the cheddar and provolone cheese slices on top and let them melt.
