Toast the cut sides of the burger buns until lightly golden and crispy.
Slice the tomatoes and red onion into thin rounds. Prepare the iceberg lettuce leaves.
Assemble the burgers: place lettuce on the bottom bun, followed by a ginger beef patty, then tomato and onion slices. Spread a dollop of mayonnaise on top and finish with the top bun.
