Bring 500 ml of water to a simmer in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add the grated ginger, cinnamon stick, cloves, and nutmeg.
Let it simmer gently for 5-10 minutes to allow the spices to fully infuse the water.
Remove from the heat and stir in the freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey.
Strain the tea into a mug to remove the spice pieces.
Serve hot and enjoy its spicy, warming effect!
