Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, then add the black tea bags and let steep for 5 minutes.
Remove the tea bags, then add the cinnamon stick, cloves, grated ginger, and nutmeg.
Simmer on low heat for 5-10 minutes to allow the spices to fully release their aromas.
Remove from heat, then stir in the honey and vanilla extract until completely dissolved.
For a creamier texture, add warm milk and stir to combine.
Strain the tea, pour into mugs, and serve hot, optionally garnished with a cinnamon stick.
