Combine the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into four equal patties.
In a hot skillet, cook the patties in olive oil on both sides until golden brown. Towards the end of cooking, place a slice of goat cheese on top of each patty and let it melt.
Toast the inside of the burger buns until crispy.
Slice the tomatoes and red onion into thin slices. Prepare the arugula.
Assemble the burger: place the arugula on the bottom bun, top with the patty with melted goat cheese, layer with tomato and onion slices, and drizzle a little honey on top. Close with the top bun.
