Thoroughly wash the grapes and remove them from the stems. If using grapes with seeds, remove the seeds as well.
In a blender, purée the grapes. Then, strain the purée through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the skins and any remaining seeds.
In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, sugar, and honey over low heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Add the vanilla extract and lemon juice, then mix well with the grape purée.
Let the mixture cool completely, then pour it into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a shallow dish and place it in the freezer. Stir every 30 minutes to prevent ice crystals from forming.
Once the ice cream is completely frozen (after about 4-5 hours of freezing), serve garnished with fresh grapes or drizzled with a little honey.
