In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, dried oregano, and a tablespoon of olive oil. Form the mixture into 4 equally sized patties.
In a hot skillet or on a grill, cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on one side, then flip.
After flipping, crumble feta cheese over the patties. Cover the skillet to allow the cheese to melt slightly.
Halve the hamburger buns and butter them lightly. Toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
To make the tzatziki, grate the cucumber, squeeze out the excess liquid, and combine it with the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped dill, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt.
Spread tzatziki on the bottom half of each bun, then top with a lettuce leaf.
Place the feta-topped patty on the lettuce, then add tomato slices and thinly sliced red onion.
Drizzle a little olive oil on the top half of the bun, then place it on the burger.
Serve immediately, accompanied by french fries or a Greek salad.
