250 ml Freshly brewed green tea
300 ml Water
120 g Granulated sugar
2 tbsp Lemon juice
30 g Honey
5 Mint leaves (optional)

    Brew a strong cup of green tea, then let it cool to room temperature.

    In a medium saucepan, combine the water and sugar. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. This should take about 5 minutes.
