Bring 500 ml of water to a boil, then let it cool to around 80°C (176°F) to prevent the green tea from becoming bitter.
Place the green tea leaves in a tea filter or directly into a teapot, then pour the hot water over them.
Let the tea steep for 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to properly infuse, then strain.
Add the fresh lemon juice and honey, then stir well to harmonize the flavors.
Serve the tea garnished with fresh lemon slices, and enjoy it warm or lukewarm.
