Place all the ingredients into the blender: cucumber, spinach, celery, avocado, ginger, lemon juice, apple juice, and water. Add the ice cubes to make the drink refreshingly chilled.
Blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes, or until completely smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add a little more water.
