Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into florets and steam in boiling salted water for 4-5 minutes, until crisp-tender and still vibrant green. Drain and set aside.
Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breast fillets and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
When the chicken is cooked, let it rest for 2-3 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
In a skillet, heat a little olive oil and sauté the crushed garlic until fragrant, then add the steamed broccoli and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Serve the grilled chicken breast with the garlic-sautéed steamed broccoli and sprinkle with fresh, chopped parsley.
