Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Place the marinated fish fillets on the hot grill pan.
Cook the fish for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and flaky.
Remove from the heat and let rest for 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve with fresh lemon wedges and extra parsley, alongside steamed vegetables or a salad.
