Rub the steaks with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let them sit at room temperature for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Place the lobsters on the grill, cut-side down. Grill for 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes, until the flesh turns from translucent to opaque white.
Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness. Use a meat thermometer for accurate results.
Before serving, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the lobsters. Serve the steaks and lobsters hot with a fresh salad or grilled vegetables.
