Preheat a grill pan or grill rack over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the grill with olive oil to prevent the salmon from sticking.
Place the salmon steaks on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the grilled salmon garnished with fresh lemon wedges and extra dill. Serve with a side of fresh salad or steamed vegetables.
