Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat and cook the tofu slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
To serve, place the tofu slices on a plate, pour over the beetroot sauce, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
Garnish with fresh dill before serving and enjoy immediately.
