In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil, and a pinch of chili powder. Marinate the tofu cubes in this mixture for 20 minutes.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the marinated tofu cubes until golden brown on all sides.
In a dry skillet, toast the peanuts and sesame seeds until fragrant and lightly golden.
To serve, arrange the tofu on a plate and sprinkle with toasted peanuts, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro.
