Warm the pita bread in a dry skillet or oven until pliable.
Fill the pitas: Place lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, chicken strips inside, then drizzle with tzatziki sauce.
Serve the gyros immediately while warm, accompanied by fresh vegetables.
