Arrange the ham slices on top of the pizza, then evenly distribute the pineapple pieces.
Sprinkle with oregano, then place in a preheated oven.
Bake in a preheated oven at 430°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
