    Preparation Steps

    1

Slice the chicken breast into thin strips. In a bowl, combine the chicken with the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, finely chopped parsley, cilantro, basil, and oregano. Season with salt and pepper, and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    2

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

    3

Slice the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion into thin rounds.

    4

Shred the iceberg lettuce and crumble the feta cheese over it.

    5

Warm the pita bread in a skillet or oven until slightly soft and pliable.

    6

Inside the warm pitas, layer the cooked chicken strips, fresh vegetables, and feta cheese.

    7

Generously drizzle with the herb tzatziki sauce, then roll up the pita to create a wrap.

    8

    Serve immediately. Best enjoyed warm.
