Thoroughly wash the fresh fruits, then cut them into smaller pieces.
In a large pot, bring 1 liter of water to a boil, then add the fresh and dried fruits.
Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, and lemon juice. Simmer over low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Sweeten with honey or sugar, then stir well until completely dissolved.
Strain the fruit tea to remove the solids, then pour into a pitcher.
Serve hot in mugs, or let it cool and serve cold with ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint.
