Bring 500 ml of water to a boil and brew the black tea. Let it steep for 5 minutes to allow the tea leaves to fully release their flavors.
Strain the tea and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until well chilled.
Place the ice cubes in the bottom of a large glass, and add 2-3 slices of fresh lemon.
Pour in the chilled tea, add the lemon juice and honey, then stir well to combine the flavors.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately with a straw or spoon for easy enjoyment.
