Pour the almond milk into a small saucepan and begin to heat it over low heat.
Add the honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, then continue to heat, stirring constantly.
If desired, add a pinch of nutmeg for an extra spicy flavor.
Do not let it boil! As soon as it is warm enough, remove from the heat.
Pour into a mug, and if you like, sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.
Serve immediately, warm, and enjoy the mildly sweet, spicy almond milk.
