In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and powdered sugar.

Add the egg and sour cream, then knead until a smooth dough forms.
Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a pie dish.
Roll out the dough and line the pie dish with it.
In a separate bowl, mix together the ground poppy seeds, honey, and vanilla sugar. Spread this mixture evenly over the pie crust.
Bake the pie for 30-35 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the poppy seed filling is fragrant.
Let the pie cool completely before dusting with powdered sugar and serving.
