Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.
In a bowl, combine the grated apple with honey and cinnamon. Let it sit to macerate slightly.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with the granulated sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the melted butter and milk, and mix until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture, mixing until just combined.
Gently fold in the honey-apple mixture until evenly distributed.
Pour the batter evenly into the prepared bundt cake pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly in the pan before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before slicing and serving.
