Bring 100 ml of water to a boil, then add the black tea bag and let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
In a small saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat, being careful not to boil it.
Add the cinnamon stick, cloves, grated ginger, and nutmeg to the milk. Stir to release the flavors.
Pour the strained black tea into the milk, then add the honey and vanilla extract.
Stir in the caramel sauce and let it simmer over low heat for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Strain the chai latte into a mug to remove the spices.
Top with whipped cream and drizzle some caramel sauce over the top.
Serve immediately to enjoy the chai latte hot and creamy!
