Bring 250 ml of water to a boil in a saucepan, then add the black tea bags.
Let the tea bags steep for 3-5 minutes to create a strong, aromatic base. Then, remove the tea bags.
Add the ground cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, cloves, and nutmeg to the hot tea, then stir well to combine.
Pour in the milk and continue to heat over low heat until the drink is pleasantly hot.
Stir in the honey and caramel syrup, then use a whisk to lightly froth the chai tea.
Strain the drink to remove any spice particles, then pour into cups and sprinkle a little cinnamon on top for garnish.
